Following conditions must be met:
- Reschedules or cancellations must occur at least 24 hours in advance of the appointment time. Cancellations or reschedules that occur in less than 24 hours in advance of the appointment time will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.
- No shows will result in a forfeiture of the deposit.
Dynamis On-Time Promise
Our On-Time Promise guarantees a Dynamis Provider will contact patients at the provided contact number no more than 5 min prior to the scheduled appointment time, and no more than 5 min after the scheduled appointment.
Conditions:
- IN THE EVENT THAT A DYNAMIS PROVIDER OR STAFF MEMBER HAS NOT MADE AN ATTEMPT TO CONTACT A PATIENT WITHIN THE SPECIFIED TIMEFRAME OF THEIR SCHEDULED LICENSED PROVIDER CONSULTATION, DYNAMIS ONLINE WILL IMMEDIATELY TAKE $50 OFF THERAPY AND TREATMENT PLANS AT PATIENT CHECKOUT.
- DYNAMIS ONLINE MONITORS AND DOCUMENTS ALL OUTBOUND AND INBOUND CALLS. YOUR DYNAMIS LICENSED MEDICAL PROVIDER WILL MAKE TWO ATTEMPTS TO CONTACT YOU AT YOUR SPECIFIED CONSULTATION TIME.
