Dynamis Online is a telehealth clinic for men and women founded by Boomer Cornwell. Our licensed providers, led by Medical Director Dr. Jason Kouri, offer testosterone and hormone replacement therapy, medical weight loss, peptide programs, and thyroid coaching. Dynamis serves patients in all 50 states.
More than 2,500 clients have worked with Dynamis so far, and every patient has a dedicated Personal Health Coach from the first call onward.
We built Dynamis so you get clear answers and a real person who knows your case. Boomer tells the story best, so here it is in his words.
Dynamis started with Boomer’s father. He was a hard worker who provided for his family, and didn’t always look after himself. Boomer is the first to say those habits were his dad’s own. What stayed with Boomer is that his father kept his checkups and followed his doctors’ instructions, yet he ended up on 17 different medications. He was diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease in 2004, lived with it for 16 years, and passed away in December 2020.
Watching that, Boomer came away convinced his father deserved better guidance from someone who looked at the whole picture and took the time to explain it.
His own first experience with hormone care, at 36, pointed the same way: it went poorly, and it took a second provider to get him dialed in. “It’s getting back to this whole idea of good and bad medicine,” he says.
Dynamis holds itself to a simple standard: care that is explained to you and fitted to what you actually need. As Boomer puts it, “I don’t want to see anybody go through that anymore.”

In 2017, Boomer and a business partner started consulting for independent medical practices. The doctors were good clinicians, but falling insurance reimbursement was squeezing their practices and their patients weren’t always getting a good experience. Boomer saw the move into patient care as more than a career change: “This is really and truly where I think God is leading me,” he says, “and there’s a purpose for this.”
One client in far north Texas grew so busy he ran out of room, with patients driving in from across Texas and from other states. A second office would only have split the patients he already had, so the team started designing a way to see patients by phone instead.
Then COVID closed offices overnight. The team moved its client practices to a phone-based model, with providers and medical assistants working from home. Missed appointments nearly disappeared, and many patients preferred it so much they didn’t want to come back in. On September 1, 2020, Boomer and his partner launched their first telehealth clinic.
In February 2025, Boomer relaunched the clinic as Dynamis Online and put a real, reachable person at the center of how care works.
At Dynamis, you reach a real person, and we won’t give that up to grow faster. “There’s going to be a real human on the other side of that phone,” Boomer says. “You’re not talking to a bot… you’re talking to a human being who’s going to walk with you in your journey.”
