Rescheduling and Cancellations

If your plans change, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance by texting us at 469-214-3404. We will be happy to help you find a better time.

The following conditions apply to all rescheduled and cancelled appointments:

  • Reschedules or cancellations must occur at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment time.
  • Cancellations or reschedules made less than 24 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment time will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.
  • No-shows will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.

Dynamis On-Time Promise

Our On-Time Promise guarantees that a Dynamis Provider will contact patients at the provided contact number no more than 5 minutes prior to the scheduled appointment time, and no more than 5 minutes after the scheduled appointment time.

Conditions:

  • In the event that a Dynamis Provider or staff member has not made an attempt to contact a patient within the specified timeframe of their scheduled licensed provider consultation, Dynamis Online will immediately take $50 off therapy and treatment plans at patient checkout.
  • Dynamis Online monitors and documents all outbound and inbound calls. Your Dynamis licensed medical provider will make two attempts to contact you at your specified consultation time. If the patient does not answer either attempt within the specified timeframe, the patient becomes ineligible for the $50 credit, regardless of whether the call is later returned or answered. It is the patient’s responsibility to be available to take the call at the scheduled time.
