Guy has been working in the fields of health, fitness, physical performance, and marital arts for 37 years, owning and operating Mezger Systems (Health Clinic) and Mezger Martial Arts (Martial Arts And Fitness Gym). Guy worked as a clinician at Cerebrum Health Center working with military veterans. He has worked with children, adults, athletes (both professional and amateur), and civil and federal law enforcement agencies along with various Special Forces units of the United States military.

Before Guy pursued a career in health and medicine, he was a professional combat athlete winning 6 world titles in 5 separate full contact sports: MMA, Kickboxing, Full Contact Karate, Freestyle Fighting and Jujitsu. He is most recognized for his accomplishments in Mixed Martial Arts winning both the UFC and King of Pancrase titles.
